Booking and visiting
How do I book an appointment?
Book online at any time, or call (613) 745-0004 during business hours. Online booking lets you pick the service, the time and add photos of the problem.
What are your hours?
Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Closed Saturday and Sunday.
Can I drop my car off?
Yes. Drop offs should be in by 11 am so we can get the work done the same day.
Is there somewhere to wait?
Yes. We have a customer lounge with seating and a washroom.
Is the shop wheelchair accessible?
Yes. The entrance and the parking are wheelchair accessible.
We used to go to you on Cyrville Road. Is this the same shop?
Yes. King’s moved from Cyrville Road to 1515 Lagan Way. Same shop, same phone number, bigger space.
Prices and payment
Do you give estimates before starting work?
Yes. We call you with what we found and the price. Nothing gets done without your okay.
How much is a diagnostic?
$120 before tax.
How much is an alignment?
$129.95 before tax for a four wheel alignment.
How much is an oil change?
An oil change with inspection is $120 before tax.
How much is a tire changeover?
A summer or winter tire installation is $120 before tax. Tire storage is $90.
How much is an A/C recharge?
A complete system charge is $175 before tax. Cars on R1234yf refrigerant cost more, and we confirm that first.
How much is a vehicle inspection?
$120 before tax.
Repairs and warranty
Do you work on all makes and models?
Yes. Domestic, Asian and European cars, SUVs, pickups and vans.
Will servicing my car here affect my warranty?
No. In Canada, maintenance done to the manufacturer’s specs at an independent shop keeps your new car warranty intact.
Can I see the old parts?
Yes. Ask, and we will keep them for you and show you why they came off.
Do you service fleet vehicles?
Yes. Each vehicle is tracked as its own unit and your PO number goes on every invoice.
Towing and emergencies
Do you offer towing?
Yes, through Tow Kings. Call or text Nick at (613) 276-4714.
My check engine light is flashing. What should I do?
Ease off and avoid hard acceleration. If the car is shaking or losing power, pull over and call for a tow. A flashing light means a misfire that can damage the catalytic converter.
My brake pedal feels soft. Can I drive it in?
